Here I go again! Potato & Soyrizo Tacos Part II (vegan & gluten-free)

Here I go again with my potato & soyrizo tacos and no they are not the same. These are actually fried in shallow oil and not grilled like my previous simply potato & soyrizo tacos. If I had to choose between grilled soft tacos vs crunchy fried, I would have to choose crunchy fried for this type of taco.

The crunchy exterior gives that soft potato & soyrizo filling that extra texture I that I love and served with a side of spicy homemade salsa. 

for the recipe just follow my  simply potato & soyrizo tacos recipe and fry them in 1/8 inch of oil 1-2 minutes each side and you are set. Happy munching!
