2 cups oats
1/2 cup dried gogi berries
1/2 cup pitted dried dates chopped
1/2 cup dried unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup flax meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar or 1/4 cup agave syrup
1/4 cup rice milk
1/4 cup canola oil
Preheat oven to 325F
In a large bowl stir together your oats, gogi berries, dates, coconut, raisins, flax meal, cinnamon and salt.
Then stir in your sugar or agave, rice milk, and canola oil. Make sure everything is thoroughly coated.
Spread the granola mix onto a lined sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Stir the granola once 10-15 minutes into baking.
When the granola is finished baking, allow it to cool down 1-2 hours before serving. This gives the granola a chance to harden.
