Vegan Pear Crumble (gluten-free & sugar free)

Ingredients 
Pear filling
1 1/2 cups pears cubed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoon agave
1 Tablespoon potato starch

Crumble Topping
1/2 cup sorghum
1/4 cup potato starch
1/4 cup oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
3 Tablespoons agave
4 Tablespoons coconut oil

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F 
First toss together the pear filling ingredients in a bowl and set it aside.

Then in another bowl whisk together the sorghum, oats, cinnamon and salt. Then slowly drizzly in the agave and the coconut oil at the same time whisking (this will make it have a crumble texture)

In a baking dish add in your pear filling and top it off with the crumble. Bake the pear crumble in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the top of the crumble is gold brown.

Allow the pear crumble to cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
