Easy Cheeze Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/4 cup cooked carrots (you can reheat frozen or boil fresh until super tender)
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup soy milk

Directions
add everything in to a blender or food processor and blend until super smooth, about 5 minutes depending on your machine. Some small visible pieces of carrots may be present.
