Home Made Evaporated Milk

what you need:
2 cups Non-Sweetened Soy Milk** or Milk of your choice
1 large Non-Stick pan

Directions:
pour the milk into the non stick pan. Turn on the stove to medium heat. Bring the milk to a boil on medium heat, lower to medium low and allow the milk to simmer for about 20 minutes until it reduces down 3/4 of original liquid.

Strain the soy milk and your finished product should be 1/2 cup of evaporated soy milk.

The consistency should be smooth & thick and can almost coat the back of the spoon.
