Vegan Cheese Sauce Recipe

1/2 cups Raw Cashew
1 1/2 cups Soy Milk
1/8 cup Coconut Oil
1/8 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
2-3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 teaspoon Agar Powder

In a food processor add in your cashews and process until very fine meal texture (about 3 minutes). Add in the soy milk and process again (about 1 minute), then add in the rest of the ingredients:  coconut oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, onion powder, white pepper, salt, turmeric, nutritional yeast and agar powder. Process everything together until fully incorporated. 

Add the sauce to a non-stick pan and turn the heat on to medium low and slowly bring the sauce to boil, stir occasionally within this time frame. When it begins to bubble and boil, let it boil for 5 minutes and you are done!

Use this sauce in your vegan nacho cheese, mac n cheese, fondue. etc~
