Spicy Lentil Corn Salsa

2 cans of Sweet Corn
1 cup cooked green lentils
2 Roma Tomatoes (diced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
3 Serrano Peppers (diced)
1/2 bunch of Cilantro (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup of white onion (diced)
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
Juice of 1 large lemon
2 Tablespoons of El Yucateco Green Habenaro Hot Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Tapatio Hot Sauce

In a large bowl add your sweet corn, cooked lentils, diced tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, diced serrano pepper, chopped cilantro, diced white onion, the garlic salt, juice of 1 lemon, your  El Yucateco Green Habenaro Hot Sauce  &  Tapatio Hot Sauce , and mix together until everything is incorporated.

Allow the corn salsa to marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving with tortilla chips or in your tacos or burritos, and great in a salad & over rice with beans.
