Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad

1 large Cucumber
1/4 cup Vegan mayo
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

cut cucumber in half lengthwise, then cut 1/16 inch slices. When finish make the creamy dill dressing by adding the vegan mayo, lemon juice, sugar, salt and dill into a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Add in the sliced cucumber and allow the cucumber to marinate in the creamy dill dressing in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
