1 cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Soy Milk
2 Tablespoon Canola Oil
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a large bowl add in the flour, ground flax seed, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix everything together thoroughly with a whisk or a fork, then add in the soy milk, oil and vanilla extract. Make sure there are no lumps of flour.
Preheat a skillet on medium, and ladle in the pancake batter. Flip the pancake when it bubbles on top, cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
Serve pancake with favorite syrup and toppings.
