Vegan Green Tea Chocolate Cake

4 oz soy yogurt
5 oz rice/soy milk
2 oz vegetable oil
4 oz granulated sugar
5 oz cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
5 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
3 teaspoon cocoa powder


Preheat still oven at 350˚F

Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl

· Soy yogurt, rice/soy milk, vegetable oil

Sift in dry ingredients into wet mixture & incorporate

· Sugar, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder

Grease a 10 inch cake round pan and place cake batter in it then bake until skewer comes out of the cake clean.

Frost with frosting of your choice, I like using chocolate : ]
