Cashew Cream Recipe

6 oz raw cashews
3 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 oz soy milk
4 oz coconut milk
5 oz granulated sugar

Soak raw cashews in hot water for 2-4 hours until tender and soft, then strain cashews and place in food processor, blend until really fine texture. Add vanilla extract, soy milk, coconut milk, and granulated sugar. Blend until very smooth and fluffy texture, will take approximately 10 minutes.
