2 cups raw almonds
1/8-1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Roast the almonds in a 400 F oven for about 10-15 minutes, let the almonds cool down for 5 minutes. Add the almonds into a food processor or blender, blend until it has a coarse meal texture, add in the oil from the top slowly, until you get a desired consistency.
Lastly, add salt and sugar. Optional.
