Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe

Almost like Vegannaise or even better?


Ingredients
1/2 cup Soy Milk
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
pinch of Paprika
1 cup Canola oil (or oil of your choice)
2 teaspoon vinegar

Directions
In a blender add the soy milk, garlic salt, mustard, onion powder, sugar, and paprika & turn on the blender on low for about 30 seconds. Add in 1 teaspoon of vinegar while still blending, then drizzle in half of the oil. Add in the 1 more teaspoon of vinegar and drizzle in the second half of the oil. Turn the blender on high for 1-2 minute. The mayo should have a semi thick consistency.


Store in a air tight container in the refrigerator, this can last up to 1 week.
