Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe







Ingredients

1 Flax Egg (1 Tablespoon Flax Meal + 3 Tablespoons hot water)
1/3 cup Oil
1/3 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F

In a large bowl, mix the flax egg together until it thickens. Then mix in the oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, stir together until dissolved. Sift in the baking soda, salt, and all purpose flour, and stir together until fully incorporated. Lastly fold in the chocolate chips and drop the dough using a tablespoon or spoon size of your choice onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.


Bake 10-12 Minutes until golden.
