Homemade Soy Nut Butter

Soy nut butter is nutritious and very very simple to make....all you need is soy beans, some oil and some salt

2 cups soy beans
1/8 cups oil (canola, soybean, olive..etc)

Preheat oven to 350 F

wash and then soak soybeans for about 5 minutes. Rinse and drain the soybeans. Put the soybeans on a sheet pan and sprinkle about 1-1 1/2teaspoons of salt over it, and roast the soybeans for 10-12 minutes until the soybeans are slightly golden and the skin is beginning to crack.

Let the roasted soybean cool for about 5 minutes and put them into the food processor or blender add the oil, and blend for 5-10 minutes, until desired chunky or smooth consistency.

There you have it, soy nut butter, better than store bought.
