Super Moist Vegan Chocolate Cake

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white or brown sugar
3 tablespoons sifted good quality cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt


5 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cold water


Preheat oven to 350 F

mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl mix together the wet ingredients, and slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until there are no lumps.

pour the ingredients into a 9x9 pan greased and lined with parchment paper.

bake for about 30 minutes, test it with a tooth pick to make sure it comes out clean.
