Rejuvelac Recipe for Quinoa, Rye or Wheat Berries

This is such a easy recipe. I was searching around for rejuvelac recipes, and found this one.
borrowed from http://www.mycookingblog.com/post/1-caraimagination/18826/Rejuvelac-from-Quinoa-Rye-or-Wheat-Berries

1. SOAKING
Soak 2 cups of Quinoa in your ½ gallon jar. (opt use Rye or Wheat Berries)
Cover with 1 quart or more of cool 60-70 degree water.
Soak 8 -12 hours

2. RINSING
a. Pour off water that the Quinoa soaked in
b. Rinse (fill jar ¾ full with water), twirl vigorously, pour water out, and repeat 2-3 times.
c. Use cool water (60-70 degrees)

Drain thoroughly by shaking your jar
Tip: you want as little water as possible to remain in your jar between rinses.

3. SPROUTING
Set your jar in a low light, room temperature (70 degrees is best) location.
8-12 hours later your seeds will have little sprouts.

4. CULTURING
Add 6 cups of water (purified best) to the sprouts and place the jar in the usual low-light, room temperature (70 degrees is best) location for 2 days.

5. DRINK when READY
Pour liquid- this is your Rejuvelac!

6. MAKING MORE
You may make more Rejuvelac by repeating step 2a and 2b and then adding one quart of water.

Place your jar in the usual location and culture your rejuvelac for 1 day- then follow step 5 again.
After making this second batch your sprouts are pretty much spent so compost them.
