Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce

ingredients
4 cups fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup or agave nectar
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 to 2 teaspoons freshly grated orange peel

Direction
add all the ingredients into a medium sized pot, bring it to a boil and let it simmer on low heat. The sauce will thicken itself as you let it cook.Simmer the cranberries for about 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked,
