3 leaves of napa cabbage (julienne)
1 3x3 strip of dried kombu (rinsed with water)
4 cups water
3-4 tablespoons miso
boil water with kombu, add the napa cabbage when the water boils, let it boil for 3 minutes to cook napa cabbage and turn off the heat. In a separate bowl with miso paste, add some boiled water to dilute the miso and dissolve, then add the diluted miso back into the water , mix and serve.
