Fried yucca is super easy to make
you will need
1 yucca root
and oil for frying
first you peel the yucca root, then you boil the yucca in water for about 15 minutes, make sure not to over cook the yucca, may result to soggy yucca fries.
Then you take the yucca out of the water, let it cool for a bit and slice it lengthwise into 1/4-1/2 inch thick, then julienne that 1/4-1/2 inch thick sticks.
heat a pan with oil and fry the yucca sticks until golden, sprinkle with salt (optional) and serve.
