Nopales Salad (cactus salad)

2 cups of Nopales
1/4 cups Onions (chopped)
1/4 cups Tomatoes (choppped)
1/4 cups Cilantro (chopped)
2 Sereno Peppers (finely chopped), more if you like it spicer
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
juice of 4 limes
salt to taste

directions:
first take off the spines of the cactus with a knife 

then slice and chop cactus

and boil for the cactus for about 5 minutes and drain water
in a bowl add the cactus, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, sereno peppers, garlic, the juice of 4 limes & salt to taste.
it is best to let the salad marinate for about 2 hours before serving.
